Bajil (bajil.onl) is an online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Bajil and its members.

• Only one account may be registered per email address or phone number.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Bajil reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time without cause, particularly where a breach of rules is suspected.

The following rules apply strictly to all betting activity on Bajil:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless Bajil itself voids it.
• Bajil reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Bajil's policy.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
• Exploiting delayed data in live betting to gain an unfair advantage ("arbing") is strictly prohibited.

Bajil may take additional time to verify the outcome of any bet. In disputed situations, the decision of Bajil's authority shall be considered final.

Bajil supports Bangladesh's major mobile payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Payment rules:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200. Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawals.
• Bajil reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions as part of its anti-money laundering efforts.

Bajil is not liable for delays caused by banking outages, server issues, or payment gateway problems. However, our support team will do their best to assist you in such situations.

Bajil offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions. General rules include:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajil:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Using or attempting to hack into another person's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threats directed at Bajil staff.

Violation of this prohibition will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action where necessary.

Bajil believes that betting should be purely a form of entertainment. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial well-being of our members.

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, and monthly limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your access to the platform for a set period.
• Cooling-off period: the option to temporarily pause all betting activity.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus and promotional credits will be forfeited.

• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unplanned server downtime or scheduled maintenance breaks.
• Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Direct financial loss or emotional distress resulting from betting.

Bajil's maximum legal liability shall in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.
